High Carbon steel spring
Spring is the vital part of the diamond wire, which has the main function of shock absorb in diamond wire during cutting activity. We are manufacturing special high quality tempered and both ends smooth grinded springs from high carbon steel wire with electroplating on surface to prevent rust, which gives optimum life and excellent cutting speed of diamond beads.
Steel Lock (Crimp)
Lock has the main function of the crimping in the diamond wire, which holds and controls the movement of diamond beads and springs in between the part of the lock to lock. We are producing steel locks from mild steel materials and our high annealing treatment makes it soft to avoid breaking problem and electroplating on surface to prevent rust.
The locks are made from forging grade mild steel materials to avoid breaking problem with electroplating on surface to avoid rust and weather effect with some standard sizes are as follow. We also make special lock size 8.25x6mm for the best crimping result during diamond wire assembly. The Locks are supplied with 500 Pcs./Pack with standard brand packing of our company.

Steel Washer (Spacer)
The washer has the main working function in diamond wire to grip and close both ends of diamond beads, which ensure the life of inner carrier wire. We are manufacturing washers from mild steel materials with special heat treatment and electroplating on surface to prevent rust which gives more life of diamond beads, and it avoids to wear out the inner steel shanks of diamond beads.
The Washers are made from forging grade mild steel materials with electroplating on surface to avoid rust and weather effect with some standard sizes are as follow. We also make special washer size 10mm x3mm Length to avoid to damage the bond of diamond beads and to avoid to wear out steel shanks of diamond beads which gives the better life of diamond beads and we can supply special conical washer size 8mmx5mm on customers` request. The washers are supplied with 2000 Pcs./Pack with standard brand packing of our company.

Wire Joint Sleeves
Joint sleeve has the main function of the crimping like; steel lock in the diamond wire. Joint is used for crimping and holding the both ends of the inner carrier wire. We produce two types of joint sleeves from high quality mild steel materials and high purity copper materials. Our high annealing treatment on steel joints makes it soft to avoid breaking problem and electroplating on surface to prevent rust.
The Joint Sleeves are made from Mild Steel tubes with electroplating on surface to avoid rust and weather effect and from Copper tubes to avoid breaking problem and best crimping result during diamond wire assembly with some standard sizes are as follow.
