Flat Helical Spring
The flat helical springs are made from high carbon spring steel wire as per IS standard with some different sizes are as follow.The springs with tempered are supplied with oil and white electroplating on surface to prevent rust and oxidation with plastic wrapper packed spring bundle in standard brand packing of our company.We also make the same springs from hot dip Galvanised spring steel wires with tempered as per customers` demand on their request.

Wire Hooks
The Hooks are made from mild steel and springs steel materials as per IS standard wire dia.2.95mm (11 SWG) with oil and white electroplating on surface to prevent rust and oxidation.The wire Hooks are supplied with 1 Kg./Pack in standard brand packing of our company.We also supply the same wire Hooks from hot dip Galvanised mild steel and spring steel wires as per customers' demand on their request.
Flat Chaplas
We are manufacturing triangle and rectangle shaped flat chaplas from mild steel strips which holds the structure made by spiral and wire hooks for sofa and chairs which takes load of structure on it.
